Amazing employees! I went in there not knowing how any of this worked and beth help explain it too me in a way that I was able to understand, and i have never had someone as helpful as her help me with any type of service, had a locker ready for me withing 30 minutes, pretty straight forward. I thought it would've taken way more to get my stuff in the locker, but everything was done quickly and explained well!

This has been a great experience, the staff is friendly and accommodating. The facilities are clean and the temperature control did a great job of protecting my stuff.

Management at the Lauzon Location Windsor ,On is phenomenal. Systems were down and still managed to get a 10×15 unit within 30 mins or so. Highly recommend and friendly service.
