I had a very good experience with Access Storage. Both representatives were kind and efficient.
The only matter which I take issue about would be in relation to the locks for the storage units. There's a specific type of lock that is used for some of the storage lockers. This lock cost $19.00 + taxes. Once used, the lock becomes irrelevant to the people (such as myself) who do not plan on using the storage facilities again. My suggestion would be to have the customer pay a "lock deposit" for that specific lock (as the other locks are padlocks and can be used again), but then have their money refunded once the lock and keys have been returned.
The used locks can be either utilized again for another person or as the staff member advised me, they could be given to those who cannot afford the lock under the company's program.
