I was planning a move from Toronto to Windsor and needed a large storage unit while I leased in Windsor and looked for a house.
Christine, at Access Storage on Shepherd St. East, helped me every step of the way.
She advised on the size and saved the perfect unit for my requirements. She handled all my paperwork cheerfully and efficiently.
Then she was there to help when my movers arrived with 2 large vans. My movers are from Toronto and could not get over how friendly and helpful Christine and all staff were. She even offered them bottles of water. The facility is so clean and there are even spotless washrooms.
The unit is easy to access anytime.
I would definitely recommend Access Storage, a Canadian company, to anyone needing storage facilities.

I stored some stuff there for 3 months. They were very communicative, were available during weekends for elevator access. Overall a great experience.

Had the pleasure of working with Christine. She was very pleasant to deal with and truly cared about my storage needs. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for a storage unit, plenty of options too!

Christine was phenomenal truly a lovely woman, I went thinking I would have to deal with a long and drawn out process and get up sold things or something equally as time consuming. However I was pleasantly surprised that when I walked in I was greeted with a very cheerful and enthusiastic hello and helped extremely quickly, our transaction might have been brief but it was definitely the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time

Christine.G is so helpful and kind. She’s been so much patience with me and my stupid questions answering and put me with the best deals. Haha. Overall, I love the access storage.
