I give a three star because staff is very nice. When I first rented the unit it was $130 quickly went up to $455.00 still didn't have a issue until I noticed my unit was infected with mice. They chewed through my belongs urine and crap all over my things. I had to throw away many things. I did contact and tell them. Unit is so bad and I lost half of my belongings so I am moving to another storage place $255 cheaper and spotless. Even though I told them how bad the situation is I was still charged over $100 dollars even though I won't be using the unit. The unit is due today and I leave tomorrow. I didn't think it was fair especially after trusting this place enough to leave my belongings and lose tons of it. I can't recommend the units. If you want friendly customer service I can say go there but rodent free forget it I was also told out of all the units I was the only unit that had mice. Now way I believe that .

OMG...BEST EXPERIENCE WITH A Store Manager,, Ever!!!! Her Name is Lori Unis.... I've Never had Such an Interaction, with Someone, that is So Helpful, Funny, Warm, Friendly,,, I Could go ON & ON, about This Woman. I've been Renting Units from Her Location, on Marentette Behind Devonshire Rd in Windsor for about 14 mths now. So I have had Numerous Run Ins & Conversations, while Checking & Storing & Restoring my Belongings.... I Have given her a Special Name...." MAMA BEAR" I Always look Forward to Seeing & Chatting with her.... She'll Answer your Questions, Before being Asked... She has Stopped by my Unit on Occasions, just to bring me a Bottle of Water & Ask if I'm OK......Who Does That???? MAMA BEAR DOES.... She makes you Feel Right at Home...like Part of the Family..... This Company Should Feel So Lucky, to have Lori, Working for Them..... She gave me Suggestions, Before I even Decided to Rent, from them.. And....The Place is so Clean & even has a Bathroom for Patrons to Use during Business Hours. ACTUALLY... THERE'S EVEN A WELCOME SIGN..ON THE FRONT OF THEIR OFFICE.... AND Thats Exactly How She'll Make You Feel.....When You Walk In..... WELCOMED!!!! The Landscaping Around the Whole Place,, is Just Beautiful... And has, What I'm Thinking, Is Her Personal Touch, to Add to the Atmosphere. The Little Animal Statues Around the Front & Side of the Office. Not to Mention, In Case Youll be at Your Unit, for a While.....There's a Microwave & a Coffee Machine AND.... Great Aroma of Lit Candles.....What More Could You Ask For? ACCESS STORAGE WILL ALWAYS BE MY CHOICE...AND I HOPE,,,, THIS WILL BE YOURS TOO...... DON'T FORGET TO SAY.... HELLO MAMA BEAR, WHEN YOU WALK IN..... Trust Me, Best Experience, If You Need a Storage Unit....P.S.... I Was Not Asked or Paid, for My/ This Review! Lol...

I rented a storage unit online and went in the next day to sign paperwork and get keys for the unit. I think I paid about $22 to buy a lock as I didn’t have my own.
I was helped by Lori who was very personable, professional, and enjoyable to speak with. She explained everything clearly as I’ve never used a storage unit before and I feel very assured and comfortable storing my belongings here.
I will certainly use this location again for any storage needs in the future. Thanks again!
