Access Storage - Windsor

I was met with a true human at the access storage facility. The beaming smile she meets her customers with is unmatched. This was customer service at its peak. Within minutes, I felt like I have been a customer there for years. I felt at home and will recommend anyone looking for storage place to choose access and access only. You guys are simply the best

This location proved to very beneficial for me being so close to home. 24 hour access was very important, and the staff at this location were always helpful and pleasant to deal with. I was somewhat disappointed with the quality of the unit. The ceiling of my unit experienced water damage very early on and made a mess of everything that was in the unit. When moving out I realized I paid thousands of dollars to store personal items that just had to be discarded because of the interior damage to the unit.

Laura's customer service was excellent! She was polite, efficient and extremely helpful! I have dealt with other storage companies in the past and would definitely recommend Access hands down
