Great experience overall! The staff were always friendly and helpful, I was able to change locker size easily. My locker was clean and weather tight so none of my items were damaged by winter storms or spring rain. this was the perfect solution for me downsizing from a house to a condo (condo building did not have on-site storage) - I was able to find an Access Storage location just blocks from my condo so it we convenient to use.
