I highly recommend this location and likely owe these wonderful ladies at least half a dozen five star reviews for all the different times they've provided exemplary customer service to me! From the time when I first got set up, Michelle and Diana were extremely patient and helpful, because I had no clue what size I needed and changed my mind more than once. To the last few times I've had questions or made changes, Angela always goes over and above, nothing but fantastic service from her! Thank you Ladies! :)

Totally different then our last 2 storage experiences. Friendly service on the phone and in person. Excellent gate entry. Raises up instead of sliding. Excellent hours....

The counter person was great with me. Took me around and showed the units that would best fit my move. She took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. The only thing I was not impressed is when I was inquiring 2 months ago about the units online I felted harassed by the phone calls and then the emails. It was just asking for prices and size of units. I almost didn't go to see the units because of that. I changed my mind to give it another chance by walking in. That was the deal breaker . I do not recommend the online business as the aggressiveness for the push of a sale for the units is a huge problem that people just walk away from it and source other places. If its 1 curtisy follow up call afterwards then it would be ok. Thank you.

Service is good. Staff is great. But I just can't understand why my price to rent went up twice this year; almost $20 a month. Maybe the original low price was to suck me in. Or maybe the carbon tax: All the fuel they use to run the units? The cows stored on the property farting alot? The cost of yard maintenance to trim the asphalt and cut the crush stone? 🤷‍♂️ Gosh I dunno. Greed? Not much competition? I guess I'll never know.
