I can't recommend Access Storage at the Manning Rd. location enough! The entire experience was incredibly easy from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, and always quick to answer any questions I had. They made what could have been a stressful part of moving feel completely hassle-free.
The facility is clean, secure, and well maintained, and the customer service is honestly what sets them apart. It's rare to find a company that's this easy to deal with these days. Humans managing logistics without creating unnecessary chaos. A refreshing concept.

We had an excellent experience with Access Storage on Manning Road. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Renting a unit was quick and straightforward, and they took the time to explain everything clearly.
The facility is clean, well-kept, and gave us confidence that our belongings were in good hands. Customer service like this is hard to come by, and it's clear they care about making the experience as easy as possible for their customers.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, stress-free storage.

I needed a storage facility and it was 4:30 in the evening. I googled and found Access Storage had the best rating. I called and they were closing at 5pm so I rushed to the facility on Manning Road. I got there at 4:45pm, and met Cathy. She was new to the site but she expertly took care of me, did not mind that it was late, took me to the storage space even though it was past closing time. She found the most suitable spot as I had specific storage requirements and made me feel like a very valuable customer, as though I was buying a very expensive item. She followed up the next day via a call to see if I had received text on how to get access to my account. It was a very pleasant experience and appreciated how well I was taken care . Good prices at the manning location. Staff was friendly and helpful, they were going to loan me a lock while I switched storage spaces (didn't need it but it was a nice gesture). Glad I chose this one.
