Had a great experience, was an easy and smooth process. The office manager was very professional and extremely helpful, answered all my questions. She also showed me the unit so I get an idea of whether it was an appropriate size for my needs. It was a joy to deal with her and I left happy knowing my belongings will be safe during my process of buying a new house. Thank you!

Sabrina, Mindy and the rest of the staff here are super friendly, helpful and professional. Very good security and will be improving in weeks to come with scheduled renovations. Looking forward to that. My only disappointment is that I had to purchase one of their locks. I was hoping to use the one I had from my previous storage unit. However, small expense for peace of mind providing tighter security. Thank you, ladies!👍🏻😀

The store manager Sabrina Dobson has been very helpful to us throughout the whole process of us getting a storage here. From the day I called for quotes and questions, till today when we no longer need our storage unit. Mindy P has just started, but has already been just as helpful. I fully recommend this location for any storage needs. Safe/secure/reasonable!

Office managing were always so cheerful, prompt, competent and helpful.
The unit however would have been helpful if it had a light when the door was open, so i could see in there after 4 pm when it was dark.
I like the added security of needing to put code in to leave.
For me the facility was almost 20 k away so i needed to get something closer to my home.
Clean and dry unit.

We were able to reserve a unit through their website and complete the agreement efficiently. Sabrina, the store manager, was incredibly pleasant and helpful throughout. She ensured we had access to our unit promptly, which was a huge relief given our timeline. Thank you for the excellent service—highly recommended!
