Sabrina, Mindy and the rest of the staff here are super friendly, helpful and professional. Very good security and will be improving in weeks to come with scheduled renovations. Looking forward to that. My only disappointment is that I had to purchase one of their locks. I was hoping to use the one I had from my previous storage unit. However, small expense for peace of mind providing tighter security. Thank you, ladies!👍🏻😀

I have been a client for years. Sabrina has been amazing throughout my entire experience. One example of her great customer service is something that just happened today. There was an issue with accessing my unit that could not wait. Sabrina made sure it was a worry free experience and handled everything over and beyond my expectations. The issue occurred on Christmas Eve and Sabrina acted quickly and had the issue fixed so I could access my unit. Thank you to Sabrina and her team for saving Christmas!

The store manager Sabrina Dobson has been very helpful to us throughout the whole process of us getting a storage here. From the day I called for quotes and questions, till today when we no longer need our storage unit. Mindy P has just started, but has already been just as helpful. I can see why this location has received such great reviews. I first spoke to Amit from the customer service/reservation line and he was awesome; very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He sent off my request with detailed instructions and the next day I received a call following the instructions to the tee. Sabrina contacted me right at noon, my time, which was part of the instructions I requested. She is amazing! Super friendly, accommodating and just fun to talk to. Sabrina was able to reserve the unit I requested with the Fall promo even though I would not be moving into the unit until February. She explained everything thoroughly and we set up my first payment with ease. She promptly sent me a receipt to my email and offered any further assistance in the future. I highly recommend checking out this location for your storage needs.
