We were in a rush to find a storage unit the same day, and Access Storage - LaSalle made the process quick and stress-free. We were able to reserve a unit through their website and complete the agreement efficiently. Sabrina, the store manager, was incredibly pleasant and helpful throughout. She ensured we had access to our unit promptly, which was a huge relief given our timeline. Thank you for the excellent service—highly recommended!

Office managing were always so cheerful, prompt, competent and helpful. The unit however would have been helpful if it had a light when the door was open, so i could see in there after 4 pm when it was dark. I like the added security of needing to put code in to leave. For me the facility was almost 20 k away so i needed to get something closer to my home. Clean and dry unit.

I can see why this location has received such great reviews. I first spoke to Amit from the customer service/reservation line and he was awesome; very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He sent off my request with detailed instructions and the next day I received a call following the instructions to the tee. Sabrina contacted me right at noon, my time, which was part of the instructions I requested. She is amazing! Super friendly, accommodating and just fun to talk to. Sabrina was able to reserve the unit I requested with the Fall promo even though I would not be moving into the unit until February. She explained everything thoroughly and we set up my first payment with ease. She promptly sent me a receipt to my email and offered any further assistance in the future. I highly recommend checking out this location for your storage needs.

Best location!! Customer service is outstanding, Sabrina always goes above and beyond to take care of you. I have been a customer for a couple years now and could not be more happy with everything. Very clean safe environment. Highly recommend this location!
