Was greeted by Melissa, and was completely taken care of from start to finish. She had a few spots available for me to look at and I was happy that I got to take a look at all of them and pick which one I wanted. She made the whole process so pleasant, efficient and effortless. The location itself is massive and convenient, but the added bonus of excellent customer service made my experience top notch! Highly recommend this location for content and vehicle storage.

Melissa at Access Storage on Rhodes drive was excellent for customer service and always very friendly and helpful whenever I would call or talk with her in person. She was always understanding and compassionate when I would explain the payment situation for my mother in laws storage unit.
