Access Storage is an excellent business to rent storage space from i rented space on Rhodes drive and. Melissa is extremely helpful and professional and her customer service is superior. I would definitely rent with them again in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone considering doing business with them.

I have been a client at the access storage by the airport for a few years now. Melissa has assisted me with any issues or concerns I have experience in my own personal life that has hindered me with scheduling payments and also if I needed a larger unit or smaller unit. I was so Leary and concerned of my situation a few years ago and Melissa helped me right away always going that extra mile too. I now had 2 units. She was amazing. She is kind, helpful, accommodating and when I needed to schedule movers at the storage facility while I was out of town she made sure to assist my friend in getting the truck inside the gate so the move went smoothly!
